Organised by the Anticapitalist Initiative, Socialist Resistance and the Independent Socialist Network
A number of recent debates on the revolutionary left have raised issues about the lack of democracy in traditional conceptions of socialist organisation. But where does this conception of ‘Leninism’ come from and why does it still hold such an attraction in the 21st century?
The meeting will bring together activists who want to see a more democratic and plural conception of revolutionary organisation, which encourages free thinking, participation and autonomy.
Saturday 9th February – Methodist Central Hall, Oldham Street, Manchester – 2.00pm
Cat Rylance (Anti-Capitalist Initiative) Terry Conway (Socialist Resistance) Nick Wrack (Independent Socialist Network)
All Wigan Borough Green Socialists members and supporters are encouraged to attend this meeting.
