Workers in Wigan from the PCS union, Unite health workers, and the UCU are taking strike action on May 10th to reject and fight the government’s pension changes as part of their assault on jobs, pay and services.
Over 1000 workers in Wigan will be affected, the meeting is being held following picket lines at workplaces and before strikers attend regional rallies in Manchester and Liverpool. Speakers will be from strikers on the day, please attend.
